Research has found massage may be helpful for anxiety, headaches, fibromyalgia, stress-related insomnia, soft tissue strains and injuries, digestive disorders and some joint pain. There’s also research that demonstrates massage may help boost your immune system and help combat depression.

As part of a collaborative healthcare program or as a standalone treatment, massage can:

  • Improve lymphatic drainage
  • Improve circulation
