Many of Canada’s Veterans have experienced trauma and danger, both at home and in foreign countries, often leaving them with complex health issues. Our Clinic delivers integrated, customized health plans with a focus on overall health for Veterans.

Designed specifically for Veterans of the Canadian Forces, the Phoenix Program can help with medical pension paperwork and applications for cannabis therapy as well as design individualized programs that address the often complex physical, emotional and mental needs of Canadian Forces Veterans, whether or not on medical pension.

Through Our Clinic’s Phoenix Program with access to our state-of-the-art facility and highly trained staff, you’re taking a good step to wellness.

Your health and wellness are essential to your family, friends and your being able to make the most of your day. The Phoenix Program staff is sensitive to and knowledgeable about the health and wellness needs of Canadian Forces Veterans and work diligently to assist, regardless of your status or eligibility with Veterans Affairs Canada.

Our unique multi-disciplined clinic offers a suite of integrated services dedicated to both your mental and physical rehabilitation all coordinated and managed by a Nurse Concierge. Clinic Online offers remote access for many services.

Medical Pension assessment/reassessment

Phoenix Program staff at Our Clinic is knowledgeable about the requirements of qualifying for and sustaining your medical pension. They’ll review your current state and engage the required medical professionals to handle your assessment or reassessment including doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors and psychologists.

Our Clinic's administrative team is skilled in benefits utilization and assisting with completion of benefits paperwork. The Phoenix Program is focused on getting you the healthcare you need, when you need it.

Clinic Online

Take advantage of Clinic Online services. Have some of your appointments in the comfort of your home, saving you time and money. Clinic Online is also an advantage if you are in a remote location.

Clinic Online is available for PC or Mac computers and laptops, iPhone, iPad and Android devices. Clinic Online supports services that help you create a program for overall enhanced physical, mental and emotional well-being.

It’s easy to get started. Just ask if Clinic Online is available when you call or contact us to make an appointment. If you want help downloading and installing the Clinic Online program on your devices, our staff is happy to walk through it with you.

Physician services

Our staff physicians work closely with the Nurse Concierge and the healthcare providers assigned to your care. The talented physicians supporting the Phoenix Program don’t offer Family Doctor services however, we can help you, your partner or spouse and your children find a Family Doctor.
