Most lifestyle-related risk factors – smoking, overuse of alcohol, physical inactivity, overweight/obesity – are more prevalent among Canadian men than women. The good news is with attention and care, many of these issues can be addressed.

A whopping 67% of Canadian men are overweight or obese. They’re also three times more likely to commit suicide than women. There’s no question men need both physical and mental wellness attention. 

Your program starts with an assessment with our Treatment Navigator who will review with you your current health and goals. 

Diet, exercise, clinical counselling and other therapies are combined to create an individualized program. Sexual health can also be addressed as part of the program.
